Dr. Ramirez was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. While being raised in a Hispanic household, he has been able to obtain fluency in both English and Spanish which lends him an opportunity to connect and communicate with a variety of patients.

His interest in dentistry began early in his high school years while undergoing orthodontic treatment. He continued to explore his curiosity in the field by shadowing numerous local dental offices, while gaining priceless knowledge from generous mentors along the way. Today Dr. Ramirez combines his warm, patient-focused approach with a comprehensive training in preventive, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. He believes that exceptional treatment begins with an extensively trained and compassionate dentist.

Dr. Ramirez earned his undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Florida International University and went on to continue his education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. He is committed to being a life-long learner of the field as he accumulates countless hours of continuing education (CE) with an emphasis on cosmetic and implant dentistry as a whole. He believes in staying updated on all forms of new technology and techniques in order to provide the absolute best available dentistry to all his patients.

Dr. Ramirez aims to lead our family-oriented practice towards creating awareness for the importance of overall oral health. He intends on teaching and guiding patients on the tools available for reaching that “feel good smile”, inside and out, while changing lives one smile at a time.

Dr. Ramirez is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Atlantic Coast District Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has also been involved with various local study groups such as the Spear study club and Seattle study club.
